※The portion which the following is redder than a management screen and it has enclosed is used for a setup. A change of a server is needed. Please check that "PPTP/L2TP/SSTP/IKEv2" will be chosen.

1,Open Start and select Control Panel

2,Click Network and Internet Connections

3,Click Create a connection to the “network at your workplace”

4,Select Connect to “Virtual Private Network (VPN)” and click Next

5,Fill in the field Company Name with a desired name and click Next

6,Fill in the field Host Name with the server name (it’s in your control panel)

7,Check the Add a shortcut to this connection on the desktop option and click Finish

8,Enter username and password (you can find them in your email), click a checkbox as necessary, click connect to start. you see the icon on the bottom-right corner, choose “properties “to the advanced settings.

9,”General”tab is the access point. Setting is no need to be changed.

10,Under option tab, uncheck “Windows login domain included”

11,No need to be changed “security tab”

windows xp

12,In the Networking tab select as Type of VPN: PPTP then click OK. An IP address should be assigned automatically, Under TCP/IP setting select “use default gateway for remote network”

13,No need to be changed “Advanced settings”. you can not connect by setting firewall or share connection for WindowsXP
